NPA has a dedicated Business Development team for passports. Each customer is appointed an Account Manager to lead a cross-functional team of specialist technical staff in developing the design and production of finished passports. The passport team consists of 16 key management staff and is supported by the entire organisation.
With an accent on partnership, regular meetings are held, especially in the initial stages, when the Account Manager will work with you to develop a design brief. Once designs are approved, your internal representative will manage the project with the assistance of a dedicated project manager.
