NPA’s new Spirit Gallery display was officially opened by company Chair and RBA Assistant Governor Christopher Kent.

NPA was privileged to have Governor Michele Bullock attend its most recent Women in Leadership session.

NPA’s Head of Quality, Luke Maguire, delivered a presentation on Expanding and Enhancing NPA's Quality Inspection Capabilities at the recent Banknote Technology Webinar event.

Four representatives of the Department of Justice and the Immigration & Passports Services Department from the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) enjoyed three days on-site participating in a series of meetings and also seeing their passport visa pages being printed first hand.  

The International Banknote Society (IBNS) was welcomed to NPA on Friday 11 October as the opening event for the IBNS National Conference which was held over the following weekend.

NPA’s visitor experience, The Protectorate, has incorporated two fascinating new displays with the assistance of Banknote Art Concept, a non-profit organisation founded by Senior Banknote Designer and Contemporary Artist Carlos Almenar.

While NPA CEO Malcolm McDowell was visiting the RBA in Sydney earlier this month, he was able to present Governor Michele Bullock with a framed gift recognising her achievement as the first woman to serve as the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia. 

It was a full house in July as NPA staff welcomed the latest milestone event in our Culture Refresh journey. The event included the launch of our refreshed values, a look at how performance will be managed moving into the future, an interesting discussion about mindset and how it influences attitudes and behaviours

In May, Assistant Governor (Financial Markets) Christopher Kent has taken over the role of Board Chair from Susan Woods, who served in the role for the last three years.
